 The Edge - a very different, but quite possibly one of the most serious baits you'll come across. On testing we found the dispersion was causing the water around it to move, therefore the attraction was clearly moving into the water column.  You have to see it to believe it. Even in colder water, the process is a little slower, but it still manages the same process.

So, what and how are these made?

These coated hookbaits, like the rest of our baits are all hand made, these in particular have to be - the process can take up to at least 3 weeks before they are ready.

They start out as a simple boilie which is then sprayed in a well know ingredient that  attaches and grows to the surface. This is then followed by 'layering'  liquids, powders and other carp attracting goodies, that all bind together, to make that outer 'crust'.  The entire process creates an exceptional soluble layer of  attraction of at least 5mm (see image) that breaks down over a short space of time to create an attractive cloud around the bait itself. 

The Edge coating is generic across all our baits - finalised with a coating of base mix, relative to the coated boilie on the inside.
