Prices via Parcel Force or Royal Mail Services may change accordingly over time, we do not make the rules for postage prices nor do we add any to make extra for ourselves. ALL POST IS SENT 2ND CLASS AND CAN TAKE 3 DAYS TO ARRIVE. IF FIRST CLASS or 24HR DELIVERY IS REQUIRED, please contact us to make arrangements.
The current prices for 2nd Class delivery are as stands:
Under 5kg: £4.95
Between 5kg -10kg: £7.95
Over 10kg: FREE - paid by incQbait
Any major issues such as a bait being mouldy on arrival due to delivery services delays or being left somewhere unorthodox, please contact us immediately at jay@incQbait.com and we will advise ASAP. All issues must be made the same day of delivery.
We DO NOT accept returns of ANY bait (including Pop Ups) that has been opened or used to any degree.
General Order Guidelines:
As we are a small company, ALL our baits are made by hand, not machined - are we mad? most likely but, we love what we do.
Yes, we do have a machine, but we feel our bait isn't just worth throwing into it for speed just to get it out the door.
All bottom baits/boilies are rolled fresh to order. Pop Up baits are kept in stock as best possible - but re-stocked ASAP.
Orders are made on a first come, first serve basis. We are absolute in that the bait has to be at its best for EVERY customer, you are individuals using our bait not just another angler. A typical order up to 10kg may take a day to roll.
Bait Rolling = Up to 1 day (10kg max)
Bait drying = 2 to 3 days (seasonal dependent*)
Bait Dispatch = We aim* to dispatch bait orders by the 3rd day of production at the very latest. Because our bait is fresh, orders are never dispatched near to/over the weekend, this prevents them being sat in a sweaty warehouse or otherwise. We want them fresh for YOU!
Please consider large orders over 10kg carefully and within good time as poor planning on your part WILL NOT necessitate an emergency on ours for the ‘BIG’ trip.
We endeavour to keep the freshest ingredients in stock at all times.
There may be occasions when our suppliers may be delayed in their own stocks and also getting them shipped.
Notice will be given to ALL customers of any issues relaying to their order.
