Hi all
the site payment issue is now fixed, both card and paypal can be used - its all been tested this end by several volunteers (yes we did refund them LOL) It looks like it was just a back end problem with the visa security as we thought. We are very careful this end and the customers end so we want to avoid any payment issue/fraud etc as much as possible. Many thanks for your patience if you have been trying to get through
