At incQbait, we’re looking for genuine
carp anglers with real passion for the sport.
So, what are we looking for?
Firstly, and truth be told, plus what we have heard, many teams,
be them tackle or bait related are very strict, a bit odd, & maybe pressure their
members a little too much - just keep to buying the products.
That's really not this team. There is none of that pressure.
Yes, we have had people come and go because they feel they don't fit or
in some cases, just dont get their own way - which isn't what bait testing is all about.
IncQbait isn't about having the same recipe as 'such and such' - because chances are
we couldn't make it the same anyway - its a pointless task.
For the team, its about outside the box thinking...with results.

What are the requirements? Read on...
Firstly, you gotta know your carp fishing :)
You don’t need to fish every day. Nor do you need to be on the bank every weekend.
As much as we love fishing, we know life comes first — that's a no brainer.
There's no pressure, unless you pressure yourself. We won't.
When you do fish,
respect the sport, and other anglers, young and old.
Value what we are trying to achieve, and if you
can, help us improve the product.
A little bait knowledge is an advantage, but attitude, matters most.
It's a small team of like-minded anglers who care about the sport and doing it
as best they can, testing the bait, swapping experiences, plus exchanging
ideas for the next session, like you see on the youtube vids...but in real life!
A good sense of humour is a must too!!
The caveat is this:
Yes, we offer a team discount but...THE BIG BUT...
...Time wasters, freeloaders, princesses and people only looking for cheaper
bait usually reveal themselves quickly — and this isn’t the place for that.
