As some of you are aware, all of the bait on the site are crafted with a lot of love, but with this one, I went a bit further.

The awsome incQbait team who test the bait will tell you, I do a lot of 'outside the box research'. So with this in mind, you the angler needs to know this bait has a serious 'powerhouse' profile. In my opinion it delivers on all fronts. Even if this were purely for me alone, it still needs to have - attraction, nutrition and of course a pleasing performance - a bait needs to catch fish at the end of the day, right?!

For those into their bait, this bait like all my others was developed to tick as many boxes as possible. 

So what does this one contain?

Being as brutally open without giving the recipe away, a handful of the usual suspects in terms of binders (soya and semo) along with other ingredients that get used in the bait industry. But, with J-Mix, it got turned around, I also looked at the insect world. Carp do eat insects, BUT more importantly, the insects eat things, which in turn will determine how they taste to a carp, so it all goes hand in hand. Its just outside the box thinking. To compliment the bait, I have also added small amounts of vitamins. In fact: B1,2,6,12 and K  from an all in one aquatic additive that is  good for carp. If it wasn't, I wouldn't use it.  As much as vitamins aren't direct attractors, with recognition of bait being good for them, the possibility is there to make the carp come back for more. Think about any diet for human or animal, if you lack something, your body will tell you, to the point you seek it out. 

The end result is a sweet, citrus and floral back note.

With a year round effectiveness, the J-Mix does actually work in the colder months (not all, but most of them), as long as you can get on the fish. To give an idea, during testing it's helped catch in temperatures as low as 7 degrees.

Due to the high quality of the ingredients, it's a little more costly than other boilies. The good news is that you'll need to use far less than usual for a bite, making the real-world cost on par with standard-priced baits.
